THE HALL - THE DUKE OF KINGSTON'S HOUSE
For much of the Eighteenth Century, what we know as The Hall was owned by the Pierrepont family and became known as ‘Kingston House’ or ‘The Duke’s House’ - William Pierrepont being the Earl of Kingston-upon-Hull.
