Group Size

Private group tours must be booked in advance and have a minimum group size of 8 people with a maximum group size of 20 people. For larger groups over 20, please contact us to discuss tailored arrangements.

Booking & Deposit

Once a date is agreed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £75 minimum) is required to secure the booking. Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days.

Payment

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled tour date.

Refunds & Cancellations

The deposit is strictly non-refundable. If a cancellation is made 10 days or more before the tour date, the balance payment will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

Amendments

Final numbers must be confirmed at least 10 days before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Responsibilities

Group leaders are responsible for their party’s behaviour and must ensure members follow the guidance of Hall staff. Accessibility needs should be advised at the time of booking.
