Tours of The Hall
We open The Hall for public guided tours throughout the year. If your stay falls on a tour day, you’ll receive a complimentary spot. Private tours are also available for guests on Tuesdays and Fridays for £15 per person.

Late Night Etiquette
Please ensure all deliveries arrive before 10pm and meet them at the front door. Late-night doorbell ringing can disturb other guests.

Front Door Instructions
You will receive your entry code to The Hall before your stay. Please check your emails from The Hall before you arrive to access your code.
Access to The Hall is only possible by entering the correct combination code on the door panel. Once you have activated the screen lock, turn the handgrip anti-clockwise to the left. To maintain The Hall’s security and privacy, please refrain from sharing the door access code. This code is provided exclusively for guests to ensure safety and comfort during your stay.
Please keep the door closed at all times upon entry and exit of The Hall.
Mill Lane Entrance
For those wishing to explore the town with ease, the Mill Lane entrance offers a charming and direct route from The Hall into the heart of Bradford on Avon. Tucked just beyond the Archery Lawn, this discreet doorway has long served as a quiet passage between the estate and the bustling life beyond its walls.
Whether you're heading out for a morning coffee, an afternoon stroll by the river, or returning from a day discovering the town’s hidden gems, this entrance allows you to come and go with freedom and convenience.

Historic and Fragile Windows
Each of our rooms features 400-year-old leaded stained-glass windows, a remarkable feature that remains unchanged. To preserve and protect them, we’ve installed discreet secondary glazing—both for insulation and to safeguard their fragile, Grade I-listed status.
Due to the fragile nature of these historic windows, we kindly ask that they remain closed at all times. For your comfort, a fan has been provided in each room to ensure adequate air circulation.
