A Unique Outdoor Learning Experience on an Historic Estate

The Hall Estate is opening its historic grounds to the next generation of outdoor learners. Set within seven acres of private grounds, our Forest School offers schools, nurseries and children's groups the opportunity to learn, explore and connect with nature in a truly special setting.

From woodland exploration and wildlife discovery to growing food in our Kitchen Garden, children can learn through hands-on experiences while developing confidence, curiosity and a deeper understanding of the natural world.

The Hall Estate provides an environment where nature, heritage and education come together. Children can experience the changing seasons across our grounds while learning about the history of the estate and developing an appreciation for the landscape around them. For schools and nurseries, it provides an opportunity to take learning outside the classroom and give children experiences that are difficult to recreate in a conventional school or nursery environment.
