Private group tours must be booked in advance. The minimum group size is 5 people.

Private group tours are £18 per person.

Once a date is agreed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% (or a minimum of £75) is required to secure your booking. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days only. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the scheduled tour date. The deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour date will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour date will not be refunded.

Group leaders are responsible for their party’s behaviour and must ensure all members follow guidance from Hall Estate staff.

Yes. Accessibility requirements should be advised at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

No. There is one central staircase and no lift available. Visitors with limited mobility may only be able to access the ground floor.

Yes, but final numbers must be confirmed at least 10 days before the tour date. Any changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
