The Hall Magnets

£5.00

Showcasing the historic charm of the grounds of The Hall, these magnets are perfect for brightening up your fridge, office board, or any magnetic surface. Each magnet is crafted with vibrant, high-quality prints protected by a durable finish, ensuring they maintain their beauty over time.

About the artist

Since retiring as a local headteacher, Karen is excited to be able to follow her passion for painting, mainly in watercolour although she also dabbles a little in acrylics and mixed media.

Karen believes that "Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life" and she finds time to paint in order to give herself some "me-time". She strongly believes that immersing oneself into an art is a kind of meditation – a time to slow down and breathe more easily.

Karen takes her inspiration from the world around her – flora, fauna and landscapes, adapting her paintings in a variety of styles, both representative, abstract and imaginary to suit her audience and how she is feeling at the time!
